Ingredients:
8 C potatoes, diced1/3 C chopped onion3 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup8 oz fat free cream cheese, cubed
Directions:Mix all ingredients except cream cheese into crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hrs until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese and blend (I also added 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese). Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits and chives if desired. Makes 6 servings.5 WW points per serving
